Madison Bernal, Founder of Madison Kaye Consulting Co., brings with her over 15 years of design, and branding experience in the finance, non-profit and fashion industries.
Prior to tapping into her entrepreneurial spirit, Madison worked for Banker’s Healthcare Group for over six years, branding and developing their award winning culture. Her passion and enthusiasm for building brands with purpose helped put BHG on the map, winning over 30 best place to work awards during her time with the organization. She realized there was a need to create culture and leadership programs that reinforced behaviors that aligned with the companies values. These programs are still being utilized today within the organization and have attracted some of the top talent around the world.
Madison is also on the board of The IDDeal Foundation and manages their Marketing Strategy & Communications. The IDDeal Foundation is a for social impact organization serving the intellectually and developmentally disabled community through Work. Live. & Play.
